Course Description

Effective leaders embody the spirit of Creativity and Innovation. As a result, they use flexible and adaptive thinking to introduce change and innovation, instilling a vision and sense of purpose to a sometimes chaotic environment. The goal of this course is to provide leaders with the knowledge and tools which will enable them to add creativity and innovation as core competencies to their already developed skill sets. This course will influence leaders by deliberately facilitating creative change and enforcing a productive sense of focus in their role of developing science and technologies for organizational growth.

  • Analyze and interpret key theories and practices of creative leadership to address complex organizational challenges.

  • Evaluate and apply ethical principles in leadership decision-making to foster integrity and authenticity in promoting creativity and innovation.

  • Synthesize strategies that enhance creativity and adaptability, effectively navigating conflict and negotiation in diverse organizational environments.

  • Design and conduct rigorous research to critically assess the impact of innovative leadership on organizational growth and development.

  • Integrate cross-cultural management practices and critical thinking to lead innovation initiatives that promote inclusivity and informed decision-making.

  • Apply advanced leadership strategies to simulate decision-making in dynamic and complex business environments, focusing on sustainability and ethical considerations.
